The intellectual property right is a patent for building materials generated by "INNOCUBE," a modular architectural design APP, and as major structures are placed at module intervals, thermal bridges can be blocked and reassembled.
Until now, existing fixed modular houses had to create walls between modules to prevent overlapping or condensation of columns/walls caused by modules meeting. However, the assembly method of the Tetris House assembles the module without such a cumbersome device and effectively blocks the thermal bridge.
If patented technology is used, materials can be reassembled and all materials can be stacked and transported, enabling overseas exports. In addition, cost reduction and construction convenience can be secured through modular material production. In recognition of its excellence in technology, the Deer Architects Office recently participated in the KOICA (International Cooperation Agency) and the supply of relief houses in disaster areas in the Philippines.
